***Commissions are OPEN, thank you for your patience! ***Prices are listed in USD and prices are subject to change (last updated Jan 23, 2023)Progress and updates are publicly posted in the Trello Commission Queue.
Private commissions will have minimal info but will remain in the queue to help with timelines.Below is a small listing of what I can do for you. If you're interested in anything and commission slots are open, you can click the button to be directed to the form that has many questions to streamline the commission process.

Commission Process

1. Inquiry. Contact me with what you'd like and every bit of information and detail you'd like in it. Poses, inspiration, colors, you name it!2. Payment. Once the quote has been agreed on, there will be a PayPal invoice delivered to your email. Half payment upfront, and the remainder on delivery or up to 4 weeks after completion.3. Sketch and Approval. General style and pose decided on. Once approved there are no more large changes to the commission.4. Work In Progress sent through the commission process. Depending on the type of commission it may include video files for animations or models.5. Finish! Delivery of art and any needed files. Any outstanding issues especially in regards to a model can be fixed up within reason and within a reasonable window after the completion of the project.

Terms of Service are subject to change at any time without notice.Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this Terms of Service have gone into effect are still bound to its contents.
I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.-----------Payment-----------Prices are listed in USD, PayPal only.You are purchasing my service as an artist and rigger only. For help with setting up a model into VTubeStudio, I’ve created a QUICK START GUIDE with general FAQ and troubleshooting.Half the total payment will be required to secure a commission slot first, this is nonrefundable. All commissions are to be paid in full 4 weeks from the first payment.I reserve the right to refund you the full/partial amount paid (depending on progress of the project), if I no longer can work on your project due to a situation on my side.You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission. Ghosting and cutting off communication will forfeit your right to a refund.If for any reason an error occurs from PayPal that causes an issue with payment you must contact me as soon as possible in order to communicate any issues.You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason. Issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped to them or given the source files for commissions (.clip, .psd, .cmo3, etc).Alternative payments such as art trades or other services are not accepted.You are not allowed to trace over any of my work (including use as a “base”), recolor (unless through VTubeStudio’s Art Mesh editor on a model you’ve commissioned through me. A recolored model through this means must only be for your use and not sold), or otherwise reproduce my works for use not previously discussed.-----------Commercial Use-----------If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.You may use any non-commercial commissioned work for any personal non-commercial use. Commercial use commissioned products must be under a commercial license.You reserve the right to create physical reproduction (printing or other methods) of your commissioned material for personal, non-commercial use.Commercial license fee will be a flat fee that will vary depending on the scale of commission.Commercial use is inclusive to the following situations:-Having my work posted on a platform or medium that generates you revenue such as Twitch, Piczel, Picarto, OnlyFans, YouTube, Patreon, Ko-fi, a personal site, etc-Reproducing and selling artwork, regardless of if it’s public or private.-----------Rights-----------You agree to give clear, visible credit or a link to me and must not claim my work as anyone else's.
I am not responsible for any changes in ownership of the character in question. However, proper credit still applies to any of the material in the transfer of ownership. For example, if you sell your rights to a character and provide the model to a new owner, they must continue to provide credit to me for the model.I reserve the right to sign and/or apply a watermark to my work.
I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.You are allowed to make modifications to the sketches produced for your commission for the purpose of revisions.Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in any of my galleries or portfolio.I reserve the right to record and livestream the progress of commissions. If you would like to keep the commission hidden until debut, there will be a +20% fee.I reserve the right to use your commissioned work in my portfolio and showcases on media and social media platforms.-----------Process-----------To guarantee total accuracy to your commission request, please make sure you have outlined any and all details you’d like in your commission. Please have everything you’d like in your work together before initiating the commission. This includes any communication with a third party or other person. I am not responsible for any mistakes due to lack of details mentioned or otherwise previously agreed upon by the commissioner.Once the commission has reached its delivery stage, small changes such as color adjustments are permitted if the missing or inaccurate element was an error on my part and was included in the commission inquiry. Large scale changes made after prior approval are subject to a fee. Any issues found after delivery should be made no longer than 2 weeks after receiving the file(s).You, the Client, are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.I am under no obligation to post your project on public spaces or social media. If posted, I will credit you when possible unless you wish to remain anonymous.I reserve the right to delete and remove any public posting of your project.
